HEAVEN AND HELL
For this project, I was challenged to step out of my comfort zone. Typically, I start developing a concept by sketching and exploring options through prototypes and tests. However, this time I needed to take a different approach.
I was given three weeks to create two sculptures on separate subjects. The focus was not only on how I wanted to construct the sculptures but also on how I intended to present them. Ultimately, the documentation of the process would serve as the final product.
I decided to create two separate sculptures with opposing subjects. One focuses on the concept of darkness, exploring nightmare figures and representations of hell. The other centers around angelic figures and the idea of heaven.
